Important information regarding changes to our Homeowner Portal

Here at PWF, we take the responsibility of safeguarding your data very seriously.
As a continual review of our systems, our latest security updates have seen changes in the way we manage our Homeowner Portal. One of the changes has been to increase our security parameters to increase the password length on all accounts to a minimum of 12 characters, as well as the ability to include special characters (which many Homeowners have asked for).
Your customer‘s current username / e-mail address on our systems has not changed, but we have reset the password to accommodate the new password parameters.
