Indeed, the Federation provides more indemnities and back-up guarantees than are supplied by any of the miscellaneous companies that have been launched over the years in the wake of the Federation's pioneering enterprise.
Commercial insurance issued through the Federation covers not only commercial and industrial premises but also meets a long-standing need by providing cover for flats and houses owned and rented out by local authorities, housing associations and other private and public bodies.
Members of the Federation can now avail themselves of a special insurance scheme for their own business and personal insurances administered by Federation Insurance Services(FINS).
The Federation also provides a finance facility for its members administered via PWF Advantage, utilising the facilities of First National Bank.
All UK companies will now be aware of FENSA and the introduction on 1st April 2002 of the new regulations concerning installations.
Any member of PWF will not require further vetting from FENSA and PWF will deal electronically with all notifications on installations, saving time and money for its members.

PWF Advantage also uses a range of alternative lenders to ensure that most borrowers can be given finance. All applications that do not fit the criteria for the unsecured DC and DCS facilities are automatically checked with our other sources.
